Do It Yourself - for all that have construction skills and/or friends or family who will assist. This may be the most practical and cost efficient method for you to choose. Let us provide a DVD for your assistance as well as our personal knowledge of many and varied local sub-trades for you to choose from.

We can participate – arrangements to take your project to a weather tight condition can be made between you the buyer and a team of installers provided by us. We can provide you with a price for a "weathertight installation" on an existing foundation for a pre-determined price. Just let us know if that is of interest to you and we will be pleased to prepare a price for you.

Turnkey with self-help option – Many people have skills that can be applied to building their own Log Dream Home. Skills in electrical, plumbing, drywall, design, decoration, painting and staining, organizational skills, or even just the physical skills of carrying and cleaning or running errands. You may have the time to devote to some of the project but not all. The decision is yours but we can help. We have project management services available to work along with you, making arrangements with subtrades or to supervise on your behalf. We can manage the whole or any part of your project. You may want only the log shell erected by our framers or you may simply want a qualified independent reference to our qualified local subtrade contractors and suppliers. We are here to help accomplish your personalized project with any part of the process from financial planning and permits to the physical construction phase. Ask about our simple cost efficient way of serving your log home construction needs.
